We’re thrilled to announce the official starting grid in the 2025 Happydance Careers Site Grand Prix. These twenty careers sites aren’t just good—they're the fastest in the field, displaying lightning-fast homepage load times in our qualifying round.

These brands have delivered performance under pressure and claimed their place at the front of the pack—proving they're not just in the race, they’re in it to win it.

The Starting Grid

Here’s who’s leading the field heading into race week:

Paddy Power takes Pole Position with Equifax in P2 and Sage in P3. Pinterest, Community Medical Health and Rocket round out the first three rows of the grid and Verizon rounds out the top 20.

What comes next: Four global showdowns

The starting grid is just the beginning. Over the next four weeks—starting from May 12, 2025—all 100+ careers sites will go head-to-head across four core challenges:

• The Performance GP (May 12-16)
• The Accessibility GP (May 19-23)
• The Best Practices GP (May 26-30)
• The SEO GP (June 2-6)

The winner of each race will be announced across weekly podiums to spotlight top performers across each discipline. Points awarded each week will feed into the overall championship standings. 

The Ultimate Careers Site Champion will be crowned on June 13, 2025, winning four VIP tickets to the iconic British Grand Prix at Silverstone, on Sunday 6^th July.
