Domino’s advertises jobs at scale, with their US careers website alone hosting over 25,000 active requisitions at any given time. Their existing careers solution struggled to manage this volume, failing to provide relevant and engaging information about the roles they needed to fill.

But despite having such a strong employer brand, their existing careers site lacked the flexibility and creativity they needed to effectively showcase their culture to attract top talent.

Approach
We began by refactoring the front-end code and building a careers website on our high-performance platform, seamlessly integrating it with SmartRecruiters ATS.
To deliver an exceptional candidate experience for high-volume hourly job seekers, we developed an interactive map that doubled as a powerful job search tool.
Using a custom implementation of Azure Search and Google Maps, we dropped individual pins for each of the 6500+ US stores. This enabled candidates to quickly find jobs in their preferred locations in a single click. The result was a visually engaging and efficient experience, setting a new standard for candidate journeys nationwide.
Results
Thanks to our high-performance platform, the new Domino’s careers website attracts, engages and converts top talent with speed and scale. In fact, the website now averages 1,800 applications per day—an impressive 62% year-on-year increase.
Page load times have improved dramatically—dropping from 23 seconds to just 2.6 seconds—and mobile utilization has increased by 51%.
With our easy-to-use CMS, Domino’s recruitment team can effortlessly manage site content independently, reducing update times by 3-4 weeks. This efficiency has freed up resources for more innovative projects, saving an estimated 20-30 hours per month across the recruitment team alone.
