Happydance shortlisted twice at the 2026 RAD Awards alongside National Grid and Cox Enterprises

Happydance is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted twice in the Employer Website category at the 2026 RAD Awards, recognized for its work with National Grid and Cox Enterprises.

The RAD Awards celebrate the best in recruitment marketing and employer branding, highlighting the creative partnerships that attract, inspire, and engage talent. Being shortlisted reflects Happydance’s commitment to designing candidate experiences that move people, by combining human insight, innovation, and technology.

We’re also delighted to see National Grid recognized as a finalist for In-House Employer Brand Team, celebrating the creativity and collaboration behind their inspiring work.

While Lloyds Banking Group were not shortlisted with us in the Employer Website category, we’re thrilled to see them recognized for Employer Brand National, Use of Video, and Employee Engagement and we are proud to continue to work alongside them.
