Challenge
With a tight deadline looming due to the end of a previous platform’s contract, Criteo needed to implement a new solution quickly to ensure their recruitment efforts continued uninterrupted.
Despite the tight turnaround times, Criteo knew they needed to pay attention to the details. They wanted to create an authentic, immersive careers website that effectively conveyed their human-centric culture and commitment to inclusion—while driving candidate engagement and conversion.
As well as being visually engaging, Criteo needed a careers website that provided data-driven insights for continuous improvement. They required in-depth, on-site behavior tracking and analysis—from first visit to application conversion.

Approach
Due to the time constraints, we initiated a two-phased approach. We moved quickly to deploy an interim careers website while we created a fully customized solution—ensuring zero loss in operations or brand visibility throughout the entire project.
We then set about bringing Criteo’s human-centric brand to life. We incorporated their signature line-drawn illustration throughout the site, blending this human touch with dynamic motion graphics to create an engaging user experience.
We also integrated their careers site with Workday to streamline job listings, implemented end-to-end tracking, and enhanced the job description pages to make them more reflective of the opportunities available at Criteo.
As authenticity was central to this project, we created a flexible platform for Criteo to share the unique perspectives of their team. All written and visual content features real employees and genuine experiences—amplifying authenticity at every stage of the candidate journey.
Results
Criteo’s career website showcases their commitment to building a diverse workforce. In fact, it’s reinforced across every aspect of the site—from DEI messaging and diverse imagery to the application process itself.
We integrated an optional diversity data collection page to allow candidates to provide DEI information during the application process. This page has a 98% global disclosure rate, reflecting candidates’ trust in Criteo as an authentically inclusive employer.
The intuitive CMS allows Criteo’s recruitment teams to manage content independently, enabling quick updates to keep the site dynamic, fresh and responsive to both internal needs and external trends.
Thanks to a seamless integration with Workday ATS and on-site behavior tracking, Criteo’s recruitment teams also have the real-time visibility and actionable insights they need to continually optimize their site and strategy. From refining job descriptions to tweaking calls-to-action, the team can make data-driven decisions that drive measurable results.
