Their global jobs portal had limited customization options, leading countries to create landing pages linked to local sites—creating a fractured brand experience. These pages were not maintained, didn’t reflect their global EVP, and had low visibility.

We created a mobile-first, multilingual careers website that integrates seamlessly with Workday ATS.
Our high-performance platform pulls job data from the ATS on a global scale, making it possible to publish, promote and search for every Ingram Micro role in one place.
The careers website is built using Happydance’s easy-to-use CMS, so TA leaders from all locations can create new listings and customize existing roles when they need to. Job listings are auto-populated with creative content that showcases their global EVP—from dynamic videos to local benefits. This rich, evergreen content sets Ingram Micro apart, clearly explaining to candidates who they are, what they stand for, and why Ingram Micro is truly a great place to work.
Results
Ingram Micro can now effectively target different candidate groups across different locations—from developers in Demark to accountants in Australia.
Their careers website seamlessly integrates with Workday ATS, proving in-depth applicant tracking and real-time visibility across the entire global recruitment ecosystem.
