Ingram Micro offers exciting job opportunities across six continents, but their existing solution didn’t reflect their employer brand to attract top talent.

Their global jobs portal had limited customization options, leading countries to create landing pages linked to local sitescreating a fractured brand experience. These pages were not maintained, didn’t reflect their global EVP, and had low visibility.

Ingram Micro needed to create a consistent, compelling careers website that streamlined the candidate experience and showcased their employer brand on a global scale. 

Key considerations

As well as providing a fully branded experience, Ingram Micro needed a careers website that would: 

  • Display all global jobs via seamless ATS integration 

  • Offer a consistent candidate experience from start to finish 

  • Effectively target and serve different global groups 

  • Be quick to update via an intuitive CMS 

Approach

We created a mobile-first, multilingual careers website that integrates seamlessly with Workday ATS. 

Our high-performance platform pulls job data from the ATS on a global scale, making it possible to publish, promote and search for every Ingram Micro role in one place.  

The careers website is built using Happydance’s easy-to-use CMS, so TA leaders from all locations can create new listings and customize existing roles when they need to. Job listings are auto-populated with creative content that showcases their global EVPfrom dynamic videos to local benefits. This rich, evergreen content sets Ingram Micro apart, clearly explaining to candidates who they are, what they stand for, and why Ingram Micro is truly a great place to work.  

Results

Ingram Micro can now effectively target different candidate groups across different locationsfrom developers in Demark to accountants in Australia. 

Their careers website seamlessly integrates with Workday ATS, proving in-depth applicant tracking and real-time visibility across the entire global recruitment ecosystem. 

Candidates feel completely immersed in Ingram Micro’s employer brand. They can easily explore different departments, browse relevant roles, hear employee experiences and read user-generated content. They can also interact with an online chatbot, search for roles and click to save jobsproviding a fully branded, friction-free experience from start to finish. 

This evergreen, targeted content helps to attract, engage and convert high-quality talent across a wide range of disciplines, while increasing online visibility, reach and traffic worldwide.
