For Luke, the most fulfilling moments at Happydance often happen on launch days. “The best days are usually when we release a new careers website. It’s an opportunity to showcase some truly remarkable work that inspires people to apply for roles they’ll love.”
Whether working with peers remotely or in person, collaboration fuels Luke’s passion. “Connecting with peers and collaborating to solve our customers’ problems is so fulfilling,” he reflects. “Nothing beats being in person with the team—you can feel the energy of the room.”

Luke’s career at Happydance has been anything but linear. “I’ve had what you might call a squiggly career path,” he laughs. “Starting as a junior web designer, I progressed into front-end development, then UX design, and now, implementation consulting.”
